Over the course of our week together, you and I will work together one-on-one. I’ll be your main point of contact, guiding you through each step, overseeing every creative decision, and answering any questions you may have. The process will be both intimate and efficient — Scout’s honor.

Here’s how the Restyle process works

  • Before your project

    Fill out our contact form, then hop on a complimentary Zoom call to discuss your site. Lock in your project with a signed proposal and deposit, and complete all homework prior to our start date.

  • day 1

    Join Hanna on Monday for a project kickoff call. You will receive a draft of your wordmark logo, which you have one day to review and approve. In the meantime, we’ll start working on your website design.

  • day 2

    Receive a draft of your website homepage on Tuesday. You will have one day to review and approve it. In the meantime, we’ll keep designing your other web pages.

  • days 3-4

    Receive drafts of your other interior pages (up to five) on Wednesday and Thursday. You will have one day to review and approve each. In the meantime, we’ll get your website all ready to go in Squarespace.

  • day 5

    Watch your website go live on Friday (we’ll do all the work!). Upon your site launch, we’ll send your wrap-up details, including a custom video training and all final files.

    If you’re looking for a site that’s completely unique, check out our fully custom website design. You can also purchase a premade template and customize it yourself if you aren’t afraid to DIY.

  • Because our timeline is so speedy, it’s important for both parties to stick to our deadlines. Aside from the obvious (completing your agreement, payments, etc.), we will need you to finish your 5-Part Brand Assignment and review all drafts on time. Don’t worry — we’ve made each step super easy to follow inside your client portal, and we’re always available to help!

  • Spruce Made designs exclusively on Squarespace. We find it the most user-friendly platform on the planet — both for you and for your website visitors. On the front end, you’ll love the clean, modern look; on the back end, you’ll appreciate the streamlined, SEO-friendly interface. And the support is outstanding. In addition to the custom website training video we’ll send you upon the launch of your site, you’ll be able to reach out to the Squarespace Help Center at any time in the future.

  • In order to customize your site in just one week, we can Restyle only our own Spruce Made designs. Worried about not having enough options to choose from? Don’t be — we’ve got six unique Squarespace templates to choose from. Find your favorite here!

  • We practice what we preach about staying in your lane — so, no, we don’t offer website copy as a service. You will need to submit your completed web copy as part of your 5-Part Brand Assignment. If that will be a challenge for you, we’re happy to refer you to one of our stellar copywriting partners prior to starting your project.

  • Your new website will require a Squarespace Business Hosting Plan. You will purchase this after we design your site to access your sweet 20% off discount code. Check out pricing options here.

    We also recommend considering getting a custom domain and custom email, which can be arranged through Squarespace.

    Additional add-ons, if needed, may require separate purchases. This includes email marketing, scheduling through Acuity Scheduling, and more.
